ntutorsbd.com is a Home Tuition service provider. We give tutors a platform to utilize their teaching skills by allotting them students to teach.
A tutor is allotted students in only those zones which are close to their residence. However a tutor also has the choice to opt for their own zones, where they can reach for teaching.
It can be both, full time or part time, depending upon the number of hours a tutor can devote in a week for teaching. The minimum number of hours that a tutor has to devote for teaching is 12days/month which averages out to 3days/week.
Once your profile is completed, We will call you for Job offer. We host an orientation session on the day of the Calling, wherein we brief every aspirant regarding our company and their association with our company.

– All you have to do is log in to your created profile and check the menu bar on the top right corner to find the job board (if you are logging in via smartphone) and click on the Available jobs to check the availability
–If you find any jobs available that you are eligible for, you can select the option of Apply now. Your application for new jobs will be reflected in the system. Further arrangement of Demonstration Session for the student will be organized by the administrative staff of NTUTORSBD.
Every tutor is assisted by an Administrative manager till the time they begin their teaching sessions at a student’ s place. Tutors have flexible working hours. We do not micromanage our tutors a lot. We have a work culture which is nurturing enough. Our team is young and robust. We ensure that every employee of ours is able to grow and build the best out of themselves while they contribute in this revolutionary journey.

Meeting
1.Our administrators fix a meeting with the interested client at either the client’ s home or in our office (as per the convenience of the client).
- Counseling and Analysis
Our administrators try to analyze the student’ s level of academic brilliance. They try to understand the strengths and weaknesses of a student. They customize a plan for a student according to their needs.
- Demonstration
We arrange a free demonstration session with a capable tutor for the student. Our tutors for sure get selected because of their excellent teaching skills and knowledge.
The growth of a student is mapped through the following process :
- Test
Our tutors take weekly tests of their students. They ensure that the student learns whatever is taught to them every week.
- Monthly Analysis
Our administrators analyze the student on a monthly basis. A monthly report is made of a student’ s performance. The report depicts the growth of a student.
- Feedback
The administrators take feedback from the students. They try to understand the scope of improvement in tutoring. They suggest the required changes.
Therefore, a Gurdians gets to know how the student is learning and performing.
